In the course of searching for home theater speakers I have noticed that some center channels are ported and some are not. I have tried to stay away from a ported center channel because we have a big armoire type A/V cabinet, and it seems to me that a rear port would really cahnge the sound when firing into the cabinet.
but then again what do I know? So I am asking for input and or wisdom. Does anyone have any experience with ported center channels and enclosed A/V cabinets?
