Not so sure the fiber outweighs the eating of corn at a theater:

My first job was at a concessions stand at a movie theater, we used to make a game out of making "atomic popcorn." We would put as much oil and salt in the mix while it popped (someone started a fire once) and if someone ordered a large popcorn with butter and a diet soda we would try to put enough butter on the corn to, eventually, cause the bag to break.
FYI: The "butter" used at a movie theater is closer to a melted plastic than any food product I have seen. Ohh, and the popcorn salt smells like cotton candy, but is not at all sweet

I agree, for a quick fix I just do
this. I sub a variety of ingredients, lately it has been fresh medium heat red chili powder from Hatch New Mexico with cayenne for heat - amazing.
