Polk Satellite System vs. HSU VT-12

I am looking to buy a relatively inexpensive HT speaker system and have pretty much paired it down to one of the Polk systems (RM6000, RM6200, RM6700, etc..) or the Hsu Research Ventriliquist VT-12 system. I have read many opinions on each and they both sound like a lot of bang for the buck. I'm looking for opinions and pros and cons of each to help me make the final decision. The system will be used primarily for HT with a little music mixed in. I know a sub is essential for the tiny satellites. Any input you have is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I guess we both are looking for the same exact thing

I know Polks are good withought a dought but don't know mut about the VT12's especially that it comes without a subwoofer, just the subwoofer is like $300 bucks. What kind of receiver do you have? :D
