Use your ears to determine which is best. My opinion of the speakers doesn't matter when it's you that will be listening to them. All of those speakers will work optimally with that receiver.

What Seth said.
If there's any way to expand your range, I'd think about something like Onkyo's STS-HK540, because it uses larger mid-range drivers.

thanks for your reply, but my budget only falls on rm705 or hdt300. I already heard both speakers in the store and is not properly set-up the way it is. I dont know if these speakers have a good output in a carpeted floor.

i've only had the chance to listen to a couple of klipsch and polk speakers but from the ones i have heard, polks have a better low end while klipsch has a better high end. klipsch was also much much louder then the polk i demoed. but then again two sets of speakers out of an entire companies line cant speak for the whole line so take my advice lightly.

I've heard both klipsch and polk audio small satellite systems, and I think you will be satisfied with either as long as you don't have a huge room. These small satellites aren't designed to output enough for large rooms. Personally, I'd go with the klipsch's. I own multiple klipsch products and all of them are great, and are all backed by an excellent customer service team.
