I have the following LS:

2 x KEF iQ5
2 x KEF iQ7
1 old Yamaha that soon will be replaced by a KEF iQ6c
1 SWFR Yamaha YST-SW800

All connected to a Yamaha RX-V2600

When I run the YPAO on my receiver, I get the "REV" error on all 4 KEF's.
The 2 Yammies are "NRM"

I double-checked the wiring: red to red and black to black and that's OK.
So: is something wrong with the speakers or is my receiver drunk ??

I remember reading an Audioholics review of a Denon receiver some time back that mentioned this. It was an error on the part of the receiver. It could be something to do with the fact that the tweeters on the KEF's are horn-loaded into the woofer (Uni-Q).

Interesting. What happens if you flip the polarity on all the KEFs and run the ypao?

I also have the same issue with my iQ6c and my IQ5's. I tried everything, switching the polarity, biwire, etc. and my denon 2106, never detected the polarity correctly. So I just made sure it was wired correctly and now I am not worrying about it. Let me know if you heard anything from either kef, or denon.

Thanks,

Dan
