out of theese 3 plasma's which one would you all buy
1. Pioneer 60" Kuro
2. Panasonic 65" TH-65PZ750U 65" 1080p
3. Samsung FPT6374 63-Inch 1080p

i have no idea, all three look like solid tv's but i would leave it up to you all to decide which one is best :)

If you have the money I'd go for the Pioneer. They simply have the best panel available right now.

The Panasonic is still excellent with slightly lighter blacks.

I wouldn't buy a Samsung plasma myself. At work we have serviced more Samsung plasmas than all of the Panasonic and Pioneers combined, and we sell many more Pioneers and Panasonics.

I say push with the Pioneer and Panny (I have fallen out of love with Samsung as of late), the Kuro is simply GORGEOUS, but the Panny is also a high quality panel and a bit bigger.
Ummmmm...go with the Kuro; did I mention it is GORGEOUS?

I BEG TO DIFFER. Sammy's FP T6374 is a real winner!!

If you care to go to that other forum, that does things the same way they are done here, you will see a dedicated Subject, that is permanently on there forum discussion listings, which is titled "Official Samsung FP T6374 owners" thread".
I have been in complete awe of this Plasma since the day I took delivery of it. Crisp, clear, vivid, options up the "Yin Yang", and not one complaint. And, I've had it since 8/07. I have both an HD player, and a Blu Ray player, running to this set by and HDMI cable that comes from my Onkyo 875's HDMI out source, not to mention my HD cable box too. I can't watch TV at anyone else's house anymore, and I haven't been to a movie theater in over 6 months. This Plasma kicks ***!! Even though everyone that's come over for movie night, or to watch a game, has sang great praises about this Plasma, I still wanted to get the opinions of others, and that's why I went over to that other AV sight to see if anyone else had experience with this Plasma. Well, that's when I discovered the owners thread. And, I am pretty sure, that if you take a look, you will see that my reactions to this Plasma, are waranted.
Also, I saw it side by side, against the Panny, same video content playing. Sammy won me. Only the Pioneer edged it out, when I saw it up on the same wall down about another 30 feet away or so. The Pioneer was more money, and the differences it had, did not warrant the price elevation between it and the Sammy. IMHO
Look at the Sammy. Good Luck. Joe B. ;)

The Pioneer is the way to go period.

I have sold, and installed, and have had BOTH in my personal home.

50" Elite is in my living room right now.

Consumer reports by the way rated the Elite 42 and Elite 50 the BEST plasma on the market.

Funny thing is they were comparing the 720P sets of Elite, to every one else 1080P!

And that is a fact.

Samsung is still the one to beat. Go take a look

Look, I am not going to keep going back and forth here, over my Plasma being better than another one. But if you want me to mention a few facts, then I will mention the only one that mattered to me, when I finally pulled the trigger. After seeing the plasma I mentioned, I called my best friend, who owns and runs SpectrumAVS(Audio Visual Systems in Virginia). He had, and still does, almost 100% pro installs, has done many installs in the Smithsonian in Washington DC, and still to this day, has his pass, and does a majority of the A/V installs, at the Pentagon. He is online with every major electronics manufacturer there is. Which gives him access to just about everything there is in both Pro and Consumer electronics, not to mention the fact that he gets to audition anything thats ABOUT to come out, months before it hits the shelves, if he so desires. Anyway, I told him about the plasmas I looked at, and he too, liked the Pioneer Elite, the Panasonics, and the Sammys. I told him I saw the Sammy (FP T6374) with the others, and I loved it, and the price was a bit much for me at the moment. Well to my surprise, he was "Hooked up" with one of his vendors that just got the new T6374, and he could get a great discount. I paid exactly $5160.00 including delivery, and I was the first "Kid on the Block" to have one of these in his house. (About a month before it was available in retail stores)
My friend made sure he was there the day it came to my house. He got it out of the Box in like 2 minutes, we both moved it to where it sits now (minus the mount at the time), and he connected the new HD cable box that i had installed a week before, to my new Plasma.
Since he was the one responsible for me being able to get this big bad boy, at an unheard of price at the time, I left him alone to channel surf, and fine tune everything. After about 2 hours in my new HT room by himself, I went in there and he simply turned and looked at me and said, "This is the BEST Flat Panel I have ever installed" , "the only thing I would change is the shiny bezel because you'll notice it somewhere down the road". Now, you can talk about your different reviews, in all the different magazines, and on all the different websites, but when a friend from my highschool days (82), who's been at the forefront of A/V for over 20 years now, makes a comment like that to me, after doing hundreds of installs, putting together at least a dozen different Clubs all over the U.S., does work for the Pentagon, is sought after constantly, you kind of feel that the BUCK has truly STOPPED THERE.
I like my plasma too, by the way. Joe B. :)

pioneer elite not even the 1080p, and yours is good and it boils down to subjectiveness in the end, but The elite is the one and at 2599 for the 768p kuro, thats a heck of a set
