What would you people recommend for a receiver, if your tight for bucks, but want to get something that would complement the good speakers I bought my brother, the Def BP7004. he is not interested in surround sound 5.1, but good two channel stereo. may add a sub-woofer later? Would digital inputs improve streio, optical/coaxial improve stereo much? Music is his major interest, but good TV sound would be nice but not surround. What do you suggest?? How much watts would be good enough, and sounds good, and no super blasting is involved. It would get him kicked out of his apartment.
