Connecting my Pio DV868 to my Pan.Plasma TH42-PWD6EX thru an HDMI-DVI cable, and it works, Pio Setup screens are very sharp, but there's only a pic in NTSC mode (we have PAL here in Holland), in PAL mode there's no or just a garbled raster pic.
Spinning a DVD brings only the raster pic, after a lotta swiching inside the Pio.
DVI Plug is 18+1, although the Pan. has 24+1, can't be the problem I thought, first I have the Setup pic and second the 6 center pins are just for "dual mode" whatever that msay be...
Read in the DVI Plugin manual it's for Ntsc this-and-that modes, no mention of PAL. Thought that was only because there was no PAL Progressive mode yet in the fall of 2003?
Or is copy control kicking in now?
