Please advice compair HSU VTF3-MK2 vs Klipsch RW-12D

Everyone,
Looking to buy a sub to add into my system, I went through HSU VTF3-MK2 and Klipsch RW-12D, both impressive, money wise very similar. Any body please advise any experience on those 2?

I have owned a Hsu VTF-2 for about six years and it's been great sub, so another Hsu would be my bias.

Klipsch are considered to be good for music, but not so hot for movies (not to much in the lower frequencies). HSU has good music capability and is very good for movies, goes deep and loud. I too have owned the HSU VTF-2 I can only imagine the VTF-3 would be better.
