plasma for standard sat. rec...

I'm ready to invest in a 50" plasma. I will upgrade my dish net sat box to hd.I'm planning on using the dvi connection. I'll get the dish net hd package, etc. But my question is since even with hd I still will be watching standard sat. most of the time, what are the best plasma's out there to view standard sat. tv? I am really leaning towards the 50" panasonic 50PHD7UY... I can use any advice...new at plasma tech....

forget panasonic. panasonic likes to tout high contrast ratio, but in all the tests ive seen, it always ends up being near the bottom.
for analog or digital tv, something with the better processor is going to clean those images up a lot, compared to a 1,899 EDTV Costco special.

My recommendations:

Pioneer Elite 1120(or higher)

OR

Fujitsu HD (I forget the model number)
But at best buy (magnolia) the 50'' is like 6,999.99
their newer stuff is like 10k
