Just got a Panisonic 50ph9uk, and I really like it. I have heard that I need to calibrate it. Anyone here have any advice on that?

Maybe some settings you did on your plasma etc.

Thanks,

Jesse

You should check this out and see how much. Hard to beat a pro setup. Using settings from another setup will not be correct for your TV, even the same brand and model.

You did mean to include some sort of link didn't you? Maybe to ISF... like this one?

http://www.imagingscience.com/isf-trained.cfm

The Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) specializes in... well, read their website. Basically, a display fully calibrated by an ISF certified tech will look about as good as it possibly can.

If that is out of your price range, then pick up Avia or Digital Video Essentials DVDs (available online) and use that to do a basic display calibration.
