I rented it on HD DVD and it was phenomenal... Super quality picture, and very informative to watch... made me feel like I was watching a film in shool again, but way cooler.

I have it on standard DVD, and it is jaw-dropping.

You should see it in HD. I was only watching it in 720p on a 50" tv, I should rent it on blu ray to watch in 1080p on my 73". Actually I think I should just buy the series since it's so good.

We watched it originally on Discovery HD- jaw dropping is the best description. Haven't bought it yet b/c it keeps falling behind other stuff on my wish list that I haven't seen yet... but it will eventually be part of the collection.

It was one of the first BDs I bought too. I was not disappointed; it looks and sounds phenomenal. The content is also impressive, with most of them containing shots unlike any other show I've seen.
