After repeated attempts of using the automatic calibration of the MCACC system, the playback volume of a DVD is SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than the playback volume with the MCACC turned off. In addition, the tonal quality with the system on, misses all the sharp details of the soundtrack compared to having the MCACC turned off.
Has anyone experienced the same results (repeated)? If that isn't the case, can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong and not realizng it? Yes, I even set the microphone on a tripod exactly where I would be sitting with the mic at ear height.
Thanks
