I have had this av receiver for 4 years and working fine. Now I have sound but no volume! Has anyone experienced this problem. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You mean you have VIDEO, but NO Audio?

If there is a way to do a hard reset, do that. Also unplug from wall for an hour and replug.

I have sound but cant get volume. Its up to 72 max but still soft. I''l try reset if it can be done Thank You.

Yeah, if you cannot get higher volume after reset, then the AVR is probably defective. Definitely not the 1st I’ve seen this.

There’s a good reason why most companies only offer a 3YR warranty on AVR and Pre-pros, even the ones that cost $10,000!

At least you got 4 YR from a $250 AVR.
