Hey guys. Just found this forum and it looks head and shoulders above the rest.
I just bought a Pioneer VSX-517 and am having an issue switching between the audio and video inputs. I have two composites going into the receiver, one from my cable box and the other from my XBOX 360. My issue is I want to listen to my Sirius radio, which is connected into the CD input, while playing my XBOX. However, when I switch to the CD input and goes to a black screen, away from the XBOX video. My old Sony receiver would just switch the audio signals when you went to an input that didn't have video. Anyone able to help? Hope this post is able to be followed. Thanks.
