Pioneer Vsx-45 vs Vsx-830-K

After looking at these two receivers from Pioneer the only difference I see is that the vsx-45 is an Elite receiver. They have the same specs but the vsx-45 is $50 more. Which of these would be a better choice?

Assuming both have all the features you need, I'd go for the less expensive.
