Pioneer VSX-23TXH. Did I make the right purchase over the Denon 2310?

I have been doing research on receivers for the past 3 months. I went in today with my mind made up on the Denon 2310 and ready to buy but when I went in I asked a few more questions, the salesman had me talked into the Pioneer23 (which he did sale to me for less than the Denon).
I know that both rec are very similar and very nice but I feel as if I didn't make the right purchase. Please set my mind at ease or please convince me to return it for the Denon.

I will have an Epson projector, Paradigm fronts and sub, 7.1, 5 media chairs, Xbox 360, cable box, and very soon a blu ray (need suggestions on this as well).

Tough call. I am a Denon fan but that Elite is nice. I prefer the Audyssey MultEQ on the Denon over the MCACC on the Pio but I like that the Pio has multi video out even though it's just via composite.

I am not sure which has a better video section as that never really matters to me as I just "pass through" all my video.

I think I would keep the Elite.

The Pioneer seems like a better deal overall. The Denon probably has better video upscaling capability but that's useless if you have a decent BDR and/or DVD player that also upscales.

For BD, depending on your budget, the Panasonics and Oppo offer great bang for the buck.

This is where I am thinking of taking the Pio back. I keep reading how good the Audyssey MultEQ is. Is it that much better than the one on the Pio? What are some of the advantages of the Denon over the Pio? I am still not confident in my buy but I am sure once I get either one hooked up, I will be satisfied.

I personally think MCACC is very good, and the only thing that Audyessy does better is EQ Frequencies below 63hz. If you concerned about adjusting and EQing those frequencies, Id recommend a separate stand alone unit. Both work well, but Id also recommend understanding which areas you have issues and apply room treatments.
