I am trying to decide between these 2 receivers. Anyone else face the same choice? If so, what'd you decide & why?

The 01 has a better upconverting chip Fuji ,THX certification, xm and sirius, preouts, 12volt trigger, RS232, SR+, 2 Year Warranty.

And this is just my opinion that they most likley have higher quality components inside and all around.

You do get what you pay for
