Well, I went to Costco located in the North side of Fresno CA, and I bought myself a SC-1522-K (with the wife's blessing lol), which will be replacing my SC-1222-K. I finally finished hooking everything up and completed the TV Stand as well. I had to re-arrange my cables / speakers, and had to remake some of my Cat6 cables due to some being too long and others being too short. I am very happy with both the TV Stand and the SC-1522-K. I'm currently going to download and upgrade the firmware on the 1522. I turned it on, and it works with my Dune D1 and all my other devices :D

I will be returning the 1222 to newegg.com tomorrow. Here are some pictures...excuse my mess! I'm sorry about the pictures being so granny. I took them with my phone!

Price at Costco on sale for $599.99, which is the cheapest I've see anywhere. Not all Costco will carry it. I had to drive 45 min. to get it, which was well worth it. I paid $530 for the SC-1222-K, which was an excellent AVR, but the 1522 has 12v triggers and 9.2

The 1222 is on the left, and the 1522 on the right. They are identical.

Thanks.

Well, I finally finished setting everything up with the exception of the Kinect control thingie that goes on top of the TV  Two things that I noticed different for the SC-1522 when running the MCACC: 1) It runs a Delay setting for all of the speakers, which I didn't notice with 1222. 2) You have to use the GUI set up screen to turn one "S. Wave." Rather than using the Audio Parameter button from the remote.

For some reason or another Stereo 2.0 Pandora music sounds better, but it might just me a psychological thing . I had to re-arrange the front set up due to the TV Stand width being longer. Here are some pics.

S-Wave should show up in the Audio Parameters according to page 70 of the manual - but that page also says that if an option doesn't show up, it's not available for the current source, settings, and status of the receiver. So, perhaps you weren't seeing it for some reason, but that it would be there on the 1522 if it were there for the 1222.

Well, I couldn't get to it with the remote as I did with my 1222, but I found it under the settings. Furthermore, it has some type of professional EQ settings I didn't notice in the 1222 as well.
