Pioneer MCACC cable too short

I finally got my home theater set up, and now I ran into a big issue. The receiver sits in the utility room behind the tv wall. The MCACC microphone cable is about 6’ too short. Speaker cables are ran through the wall already so moving the receiver to the other room isn’t really an option...way too much work. Can I use an extension cable, or what other suggestions are there? I am running dual subs, one in front and one in the back. Thanks for the help/suggestions!

I run an extension cable with my Onkyo and Denon when needed with no issues.

You can safely extend it I think the spec is 25 feet more and the mic will still measure the room correctly.
