Hello all

Well due to my recent new TV purchase I am ready to dip into the world of home theater and could use a little help/advice from some forum members.

I am looking at purchasing Pioneer's HTP-4600. I am attracted to this model because of the design, mainly the front tower speakers and the wireless rear surround. Also I consider the wattage to be suffcient at 1000W total system power.

Heres some helpfull info of where this system will be going:

The living room in my duplex is about 20'X20' so its not a huge room by any means and I am hoping this Pioneer system will preform well in a room of this size. I am planning on placing the wireless rear surround directly behind my couch about a foot back and about ear-level high.

I have read some reviews online about the HTP-4600 but it seems that there are less than I expected maybe due to this unit being pretty new on the market.

Like I said I am pretty new to home theater and would like to get the most bang for the buck in the $400-$450 price range with a wireless rear surround being the most positive note about the Pioneer System. The other wireless rear surround systems I have seen require you to buy the transmitter seperatly, some of them costing upwards of $200.00 just for the wireless transmitter and thats a little out of my price range.

Thanks a bunch for reading my post. Any help of advice would be most appreciated!!
