I can purchase both of these receivers for the same price. I am not an audiophile but require an upgrader receiver with HDMI IN for my new HD tv's. I would appreciate a professional opinion on which you would prefer even if it is due to manufacture preference. All i got from the audio stores I visited was the feeling they wanted to sell me a car and did not answer all my technical questions. Any opinion right now is better than no input at all. Please reply.
