That does make this unit "B" stock. "A" stock is brand new in a box never been opened. If the unit has just been serviced by Pioneer, and is in perfect working order, and the dealer you are talking about is an authorized retailer then I'd say go for it. You will have the full Elite warranty even though the store that sold you the product is gone. A couple of things though, make sure that there is an authorized repair center close to you, and make 100% sure that the dealer is authorized. Pioneer Elite Plasmas are very highly regarded. They are a little pricey for most people though. In this case there seems to be very little risk to you as long as you get a valid warranty.
