Elite has a 2-year warranty. Pio has one.

There is a difference in the connectivity. It is a pain to compare. For that reason alone, I would go with a Yamaha. I can't believe a company would make it such a pain to compare their own products. Try to compare products on the Yamaha site. Just click, and they are side-by-side.
