PIO 1021-k displays PCM?

Anybody know why my PIO displays "PCM" instead of the hi-def audio codecs when I play a BD from my PS3? It will display other codecs when playing Netflix, but DVD or BD it displays "PCM" on the receiver panel. Just want to make sure its using the HD audio codecs.

The receiver will display PCM if the playback device sends PCM to it. You should look at the playback device's settings. It may be that it cannot pass some of the other formats, or it may be that it is set to convert them to PCM.
