http://www.woot.com/ has the pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick for $75 shipped, it normally retails for about $120. This is a very good tuner, it works really will with windows media center, but not so good with the included Pinnacle software. It has a crystal clear picture and when integrated with windows media center, it turns your pc into a full DVR and it downloads tv program schedules automatically. Since I don't have cable or sattelite, I use this for my HTPC with media center to get free OTA HD programming, and couldn't be happier with it.
side note, the little remote that comes with it can only be used with the pinnacle software, not with media center. And the included telescopic anteanna is very nice and has a pretty strong magnet too.
