Picture inside of my room. Room treatment ideas? How would you do it?

So I am very design conscious and don't want my living room to look like a music studio or a home theater. I think I have to put a few panels up somewhere. Based on the picture .... where do you feel my biggest problem spots are?

I was thinking ... behind left and right speaker 2-3 pannels. Also ... right above the couch bellow the painting. That's where my head is and that's where speakers are positioned to.

Maybe 2 corners??
any input very appreciated.

That is the same type of room(I'm in a small studio) I have, but minus the piano, coffee table and recliner. My TV is like 10 feet from my sofa. I think you will do great with that 5.1 setup.
PS: I don't have panels and the sound acoustics are fine.

Is there anything you are trying to do specifically?

I think though that this isn't the best forum for this thread. 'Room Acoustics, System Layout & Setup' would probably be the better choice.
