Picture distorts when objects change direction rapidly

I have a Pan 900 and I am using an Xbox 360 to play dvds. Recently I have noticed a problem that I havent noticed before. I was showing a friend the projector and put in ice age, I walked away to do some work and when I came back the dvd was frozen so I just turned off the xbox. Now when I put in movies, and when objects change directions the lines look like they aren't aligned. Everyother line is the same, but the lines in between are offset. I would like to know if this is an xbox 360 problem or projector problem. If anyone has seen this was there a fix or did you replace the item.

Interlaced signal

Sounds like the DVD player (X-box) is outputing an interlaced signal (480i). Can you set it to output 480P or 720P to the projector? You will need a component video cable to take advantage of this.

I am using component cables, and i thought i changed it to 720p, but maybe it got turned back. I'll go back and verify. I wanted to see if others were having similar issues with the xbox.
