Philips 32PW9509/12 TV

Hi there,

does anyone have experience with the Philips 32PW9509/12 TV?
It's still dropping in price and with its excellent image quality and Pixel Plus 2,
I think it's a good candidate for my new home theater system (don't want to have bigger screen). I don't mind the size and it's still cheaper and better quality than flat displays (probably even compared to the upcoming super slim series).

I have read some negative feedback about the TV's standard audio output, but I have the intention to connect it to either Marantz 8500 or Deno 3805 combinatie, with Mordaunt Short speakers... (2x908 front, 2x906 rear, 1x905c center, 909w subw.).

Any advice on connecting this TV to my AV/R?

im not a phillips fan at all. every philly display that i've had in my store has either stopped working a has had atleast one malfunction in the past 6-8 months. If you want a nice TV go with a Sony 34 XBR Tube. Best picture ive seen on a tube!

aint the Sony 34 XBR a tv made for US? and it's almost twice the price...
the 36" is also bigger then the needed 32!
