Doesn't matter dude, your not going to "overpower" them without clipping and destroying them.

If you plan on pairing them with an AV receiver, there's nothing to worry about.

.....hmmm, so speakers won't take more watts than what they're rated if there's no distortion?....and distortion isn't first on the list of that which destroys speakers?....may I point out that even with a 50,000 watt amp section pushing a speaker rated at 20 watts, a human is involved choosing the source, and turning the gain knob....the source can be clean or pure crap, and the gain knob can be moved 1/8 inch, or spun three circles resulting in an explosion....I must agree with HiFiHoney....too many watts is never a problem, only too few.......
