PDA Recommendation Sought

I looking for a PDA for basic calander and contact list duties. There will be about 250 entries that have the basic info: Name, address, email, phone number and the ability to sort them by category. Size is a factor since I would like it to be small enough so I can keep it in my shirt pocket. Wi-Fi or Blue Tooth or any wireless connections are unnecessary. I am willing to spend up to $250 or so. That being said, the Palm Z22 for a $100 seems to have what I want and is small but I wonder about the quality. http://www.palm.com/us/products/handhelds/z22/

The Tungsten E2 can be had for $150

I am not stuck on Palm (they could be the Bose of PDAs for all I know) Quality and size are most important to me. A good display is something that I would pay extra for as well.

Suggestions, thoughts?

actually, Palm is like the Yamaha or Denon of the PDA world. they are pretty reliable and software support is great.

palm III

I've had a Palm III for several years and it's like a Timex; takes a licking and still ticking:) You can't go wrong with a Palm...
