Neither really does it for me as far as stereo music listening but I think they make a find home theater system. Couldn't say which is better but I'd like to think the v3 is improved. I have a friend who likes Paradigm pretty well so I'll see if he's got anything to say on this as far as what the specs and review opinions are.
