Paradigm monitor 7 Vs. Axiom M22

I am looking for a speaker system to start from scratch. I was initially interested in Paradigm Monitor 5 but listened to the Paradigm Monitor 7. I have heard good reviews about the Axiom M22.
My family room is 21*15 with two story ceiling. Any recommendation? Are the M22 underpowered for that even with a Sub.

<font color='#000000'>I've listened to the Monitor 7's and compared them to the paradigm studio 60's and monitor audio silver 5s (last year). &nbsp;The silver 5's were the best of the three in my opinion.

The monitor 7s really lacked detail compared to the other speakers especially in the treble. &nbsp;From the reviews I've read on the m22's, they likely have more acurate treble and midrange than the monitor 7's. &nbsp;The monitor 7's did have a big sound with good bass extension, but not tight bass. &nbsp;If you already have a sub, you should try the axioms. &nbsp;You have 30 days to return them if you want.</font>
