Paradigm match

I know that there has been alot written about receivers that match with paradigm, but i can't find anywhere if paradigm and nad are a good match? What about marantz? My problem is that i can't really afford the receiver that i want, so i am looking at what is a great deal for your money!! Any suggestions to match paradigm monitor series? Thanks

I can only speak for my ears. I shopped till I dropped to find a warm sounding receiver to match my paradigm monitors. I found it with the denon 1804. I wanted the 2803 or 3803 at the time but I just couldn't justify the big price jumps to either receiver. Remember, the monitors are very revealing so if you buy an edgy receiver your listening sessions will be short. I had a technics prior to my denon and I just could not stand it. The denon made everything better.

If I remeber correctly, Paradigm speakers are an easy load and is sensitive enough for most any amp.
