Paradigm DSP-3400 vs SVS PB12-NSD

I'm pretty much down to these two subs. Being in Canada the usual ID companies are not readily available.

I'm having trouble finding any proper reviews of the DSP-3400. Anyone have any opinions on it?

I'm open to other suggestions as well. $1000 Canadian max.

Can't comment on Paradigm sub but bought SVS PB12 after lot of research and must say i am very happy with this purchase.

Its much better them my Veloyne 5000R, bass is tight and precise...
I bought it from Electronicforless in Richmond Hill , i think thats the only SVS dealers here in Canada

Sonic Boom sells SVS and was the first one to do so in Canada AFAIK. Most likely regional, so depends on where you are.

None of the Paradigm subs I've heard would best a SVS of comparable price.

Its located in Richmond Hill in Ontario...

I guess i liked buying it from shop because that way i could see different subs and also got audition on Pb12.
As i picked it up i saved on shipping charges and also got 5% discount and free Sub cable.

They're the same store BUT sonicboom is exclusive to SVS(that is because EFL sold HSU but I belive they no longer carry them). I'm 20 min away from there you should've stopped by my place before you bought the velo...
