I just sent my Panny 900(purchased 03/06) in for what they think is a bad power supply. The projector had 330hrs on it. The fan would go on and off before the lamp would come on. It would require you to restart it several times. My brother-and-law had the same problem with his 300, and they replaced the power supply.
But, Panny's customer service was awesome. They called me back ASAP, and I had an RGA within two hours. I really wish it wasn't broken, but the service so far is great.
I'm man enough to admit I had alot of trouble sending it off. I'm going to need some support to get through this trying time.
