OK thanks for the help with the fabric. I picked up enough for 8 panels today. Now I have another question. How thick should I make the panels and should they all be the same or should I make them in pairs with a different thickness for different frequencies. Thanks in advance

make them all as thick as you can, no need for different thicknesses unless there's a space problem.

they should all act as broadband absorbers ... killing the highs is easy, killing the mids/bass will require thicker panels.

For bass trapping you want to make the panels no less then 4" thick and MAKE SURE YOU STRADDLE corners. As Mike pointed out you can make the early reflection panels thick, which will help a bit on the low end.
