I have noticed Panasonic doing some advertising over the new generation on plasma's available at the end of this month. Anyone heard of any reviews? I assume the 7 in "7UY" stands for the 7th generation

Yup. Those are Industrial Models (Also called Commercial / Broadcast / Professional)

"7" = Generation
"U" = US Market
"Y" = BNC Connectors
