Pairing Denon receiver with LM motion 4i/8i confusion

Hey guys, I had some help from the Magnolia team at Best Buy in selecting a receiver to run a couple speakers I plan to buy in the next few days but I'm not entirely sure they got it right. After reading the spec sheet on the speakers I want to purchase I think I might be stretching the receiver thin at higher volumes. The speakers I chose were the Martin Logan Motion 4i's for front left and front right and the Motion 8i as a center channel. The spec sheet from Martin Logan states that the 4i's need 20-150W of power per speaker while the center channel 8i needs 20-180W. The receiver they pointed me in the direction of was the Denon AVR-X1400H but I am seriously contemplating returning it because its rated output levels do not seem to be on par. From how I read the spec sheet, its capable of driving 4 Ohm speakers but only list 6 Ohm power levels @ 2Ch 6Ohm power = 120W. Is this going to be a problem or am I not understanding something? I'm thinking about exchanging it for the Onkyo TX-NR676. Any advice is most helpful.

I wouldnt pair that reciever with 4 ohm speakers unless you listen a lower levels.

The speakers have yet to arrive so I cant speak to actually having any problems. I guess I'm just anticipating having a couple issues after reading more about av equipment.

If you dont recommend either receiver which one would you recommend with a reasonable price.

I'd wait until you use the speakers with the avr to see if it suffices before shopping some more. The speaker specs are a suggested range of power. Certainly they will work at less than 20W....and at full power may only be their breaking point (and not sound good at that point).
