If you value picture quality, get a screen. If not, probably a flat white paint will do?

If you are set on painting your wall you should be able to get by with Behr Ultra Pure White. You have to make sure your wall if VERY smooth of the bumps etc will show up. Also make sure you primer the wall.

I agree with the poster above that you should buy or build your own screen this can be done very easily for next to nothing. You buy the wood..build a solid frame..go to a fabric store and buy some Black Out cloth and stretch it over your frame and boom you have a screen.

There's also some special screen paint that isn't that expensive, but I can't remember what the name of it is. A lot of people use it to make DIY screens.
Its called Goo Screen systems. - Link here - http://www.projectorcentral.com/Goo_Systems-Screen_Paint.htm
And here - http://www.alternativehometheatre.c...c?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=AHT&Category_Code=01 (this is the kit for up to 130")
Also my advice is to not use a semi-gloss or gloss finish, use eggshell finish. (if you do not use Goo system)
This has been discused before. I can point you in the direction of those threads if needed.

EDIT:: Great link the fellow posted below. But funny that it says nothing about Goo System???
Which has actually gotten quite a few good reviews. And has been around long enough now, that it should have been on that link.????
