Hi. I have an bluetooth audio receiver that plays music from connected devices. I connect a 1/8mm cable to the BT and the 1/4mm to the input on my PA speaker. I have a single PA Behringer B215 speaker. I have TRS stereo 1/4 to 1/8 cable. The problem is that I only hear music and not any voice. It sounds really bad. If i plug it in half way into the speaker and wiggle it to the correct spot, I'll hear the proper sound. Why is this happening? What would be the correct cable? Thanks.

Yeah, that’s never going to work. You’re sending a stereo signal to a mono input.

I assume the 1/8 output from the BT is a stereo headphone jack. So first you need a stereo 1/8 to RCA splitter cable. It will plug into a stereo to mono converter like this. For the output you’ll need a 1/4 TS to 1/4 TS cable to get from the converter to the PA speaker.
