Outdoor stereo assistance please
I posted earlier about outside covered patio stereo systems. I have decided to go with the KICKER KB6000 6.5" for the speakers. (

As for the audio receiver, has anyone ever used.. or does anyone have any comments about using a car radio for the receiver? Make a box for it and modify the 110v power to power it.. than install up in the beams out of the weather and use the remote control to power it on off/control it
Bad idea? Or its common and will work
