He also paid $100 for it. Sounds like $199 is about the going rate for these and not some "blow out" deal. It doesn't sound like a bargain, but it doesn't sound like a rip off either. I am sure for $199 it is exactly what you would expect.

Yeah, I don't think the $199 price is quite the steal Outlaw would like us to believe, but it seems like a decent deal.

For someone looking for a small affordable sub, it might be a perfect fit, especially since the Energy ESW-V8 ebay deal is now gone.
