Outdoor Speaker Recommendations

I have been researching outdoor speakers and I am not very impressed by any of the reviews. My current thought is to go with Polk Atrium 55 however I am not completely sold on them.

I have listened to a number of other brands but it is really hard to tell what they might sound like outside the store. I have not heard the Tempest II by energy. These have a similiar size woofer as the Polk 55s.

Anybody got a strong opinion on what the "best" sounding outdoor speaker is?

A buddy of mine has the Atrium's outside his pool area, and they sound outstanding with his 2803 Denon.

I'm using Niles OS10's and am quite happy with them. Very well made and should last a long time on my patio,

That's a good price on the Polk's but they are black not white if that matters to you.

I would probably have some Klipsch or Speakercraft for my all weather speakers, but if I were putting them on a patio or by a garden and wanted them to blend in I would have to go with some Rockustics or the Speakercraft virsion.
