OTA-HD & Analog Cable w/one Coax Input?

I plan to buy the Panasonic TH-50PX600U Plasma when it eventually comes out this Summer.

I have Comcast's barebones $15 analog cable (mostly so I can get my Internet cheaper). I'd like to watch OTA-HD for the networks, along with a few of the non-HD channels that my Comcast plan gives me (TNT, WGN, etc). However, it appears that this set will only have one coax input.

I plan to get a dual-tuner HTPC when Windows Vista is released, which will eventually solve my problem. But, in the meantime, is there any easy and seamless way to watch both Cable (without a cable box) and OTA stations on a typical HD set?

That's all?

I guess I'm too used to my 10-year-old 27" CRT to think that such a simple solution would work.

Thanks!
