Optical to Coax converter

What is a good optical to coax converter that isn't from eBay and will quit working in 3 months? I don't want to spend and arm and a leg but want something in the middle that will do the job.

That's the same one I got from someone on eBay and it broke already.

Ahhh. A lot of sites have that same model (a Dayton, I believe), although other places charge more for it.

I found this other one at Amazon. It costs more, but it also has more ability. It has two good reviews, but then again...the Dayton had several good reviews at Monoprice.

Maybe you just got a bad one? Either way, sorry that it broke so soon. That's always disappointing.
