I've recently purchased 2 Brightvision Optical leads.
They fit into the Onkyo receiver but won't fit into Topfield SD STB.
I have a SD stb and a SD 5000Pvr and they appear to be a standard sized optical connection.
The plastic bush is too small and prevents the cable from slotting in
Anyone else had this problem...and is it just a case of prying out the plastic insert?
There is a screw just above it but reluctant to unscrew it in case it is holding something on the inside.
Any explanation/ideas would be appreciated.
