Optical digital audio thru rg59s?

I have a device in my living room with a spdif out.
I have a receiver in the master br closet with a spdif in.
Unfortunately they are a floor apart.
I have a dvi cable and two rg59 cables going through the walls from one room to the other.
Is there some magical device(s) that would allow me to convert, etc from optical, to dvi or (2?) Rg59s and back to optical to get a true digital audio signal into the receiver?
Conventional da/ad convertors won't work bc (as I've found out) the analog signal can't be up-converted back to full digital audio, etc.

Any ideas?

Can you just use the existing cable to pull a new optical one into place? I don't know of a digital optical to digital coax converter but there could well be one out there. Not sure what you mean by an analog signal can't be be converted to digital "fully"? Perhaps if done poorly you could have some degradation but probably could be done well enough. Neither unit has digital coax?
