it would be interesting to know who makes the lcd panel and what video processing chips are used in the DVD player and the display.

I get the impression that Oppo's marketing group lacks focus. They should clean up their messes before starting another project IMO.

As a happy OPPO DVD player owner, I am glad to see OPPO extending their product line. I am thinking of buying it for my parents.
