Hi: Trying to decide between these cables. Which one's and why. My system is Axiom 60's and VP-150 across the front Mirage 190's as rear's for now using a Yamaha 1900 receiver. Thanks for any opinions and if there are other wires to look at feel free to suggest them!

No real need for those expensive cables, unless they are free, or almost;):D

Or, the wire craziness is overpowering. :D

Or, looks perhaps is important.

Wire is Wire

Hi: I know that wire is basically the same, however to get Monoprice wire up here is almost as costly as the Mogami 2921 from a local supplier up here in London,Ontario will keep looking at options thanks for the replies so far!:)

Go to Local hardware store and get AWG12-14 (or equivalent) lamp cord
You'd be fine

Others brands to look for in your neck of the woods:

Liberty, Gepco, Belden, Canare...

Since 90' I have installed probably 100 miles of cabling from medium sized venues to wiring edit suites. Other here have most likely wired a couple 1000 miles worth over their career. Just get a good, well know, well respected brand and enjoy the music.

I find it hard to believe that even with customs Monoprice is going to hit the same price as Mogami ($4+ /Foot) or especially Kimber(I think ~$8/foot).

Just go to newegg.ca and search for speaker cable. Not sure what you are after here.

Hi: Thanks here is an examplehttp://www.monoprice.com/products/cart.asp of cost of getting it up here. If I lower it to 14 gauge it comes to about 85.00 including shipping. Thanks for the newegg link will look at their items! Not going spend $8 a ft for wire(Already did that in the past,LOL)

As was mentioned, one of your bigger hardware stores should have stranded wire. Even low voltage landscape wire of the right gauge is just fine. You are right, $8/ft is way too expensive. Closer to $0.50 is more like it.

+1 to what mtrycrafts said. Some 12 or 14-ga. low-voltage-wiring zip cord is all you need. Any hardware store should have it.
